Jake Wagner focuses on investment and multifamily sales as well as leasing of office, industrial and retail properties. He excels at property search assignments for clients, hunting for the ideal property to fit their specific needs and desires. He evaluates and analyses requests, and researches communities and markets in order to find suitable locations for his clients.
Mr. Wagner has over ten years of experience in sales where he managed a multi-million dollar Toyota franchise and automotive dealership (Norm Wagner Toyota Scion in Lancaster, MA). He dealt with all facets of the automotive world where he was responsible for sales, service, finance, and management. He began his career in commercial real estate with the sale of this dealership in 2013. This variety of experience was invaluable to his unique understanding of all marketing processes in commercial real estate, allowing him to adapt and excel.
Mr. Wagner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wheaton College. Jake is a true competitor and was on the winning soccer team for the National Champion Mass Premier Soccer League in 2006. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
