Formally Mr. Denenberg was in the television industry, as founder, President, and developer of the television station (WTWS) in New London, Connecticut.  He even had his own television show Neil Denenberg’s Dining with Celebrities conducting live informal interviews on the air over dinner at fine restaurants with celebrities as diverse as Otto Graham, Michael Douglas & Ray Bradbury!

After his television days, he was an owner and one of the managers of the legendary Pink Sands Resort on Harbor Island in the Bahamas (listed in "1000 Places To See Before You Die.")  Mr. Denenberg refers to his career background as a "textural quilt". Back in the 1980's he even worked in Czechoslovakia under the auspices of the President Václav Havel in an effort to bring industry into that county; and in Siberia he ventured into timber development.

He has contributed articles on tax shelters, investments, and insurance, to "The Small Business Service Bureau's Reporter", and served as a panelist on the MIT Enterprise Forum. He is an avid golfer and lives by the expression “Happiness is a way of traveling and not a destination.”  His experience, inventiveness and resourcefulness ensure that clients of Denenberg Realty Advisors achieve their real estate investment goals.
